Displaying Google Reviews on your storefront builds trust with potential customers. Real reviews from verified customers can significantly increase booking conversions by providing social proof.
Prerequisites
You need a Google Business Profile for your facility, at least a few Google reviews, and your Google Place ID.
Accessing Review Settings
From your facility dashboard, click "Paramètres" (Settings) in the left sidebar. Click the "Avis" (Reviews) tab.
Setting Up Google Reviews
Step 1: Toggle "Afficher les avis sur la vitrine" (Show reviews on storefront) to ON.
Step 2: Find Your Google Place ID. Your Google Place ID is a unique identifier for your business location.
Method 1 using Google Place ID Finder: Go to Google's Place ID Finder at developers.google.com/maps/documentation/places/web-service/place-id. Search for your business name and address. Your Place ID will appear (it starts with "ChIJ..."). Copy the Place ID.
Method 2 using Google Maps: Go to maps.google.com. Search for your facility. Click on your business listing. Look in the URL where the Place ID is in the address bar.
Step 3: Paste your Place ID in the "ID de lieu Google" field. It should look like "ChIJ..." (a long string of letters and numbers).
Step 4: Click "Enregistrer" (Save). Your Google reviews will now appear on your storefront.
How It Looks
Once configured, your storefront will display: star rating (for example, 4.5 out of 5), number of reviews, recent review excerpts, and a link to view all reviews on Google.

Common Questions
Where do I find my Google Place ID? Use Google's Place ID Finder tool at developers.google.com or search for your business on Google Maps and extract the ID from the URL.
What if I don't have Google reviews yet? You can still enable the feature. Once reviews come in, they'll appear automatically. Consider asking a few satisfied customers to leave reviews.
Can I choose which reviews to display? No, reviews are pulled directly from Google. All public reviews may appear. Focus on providing excellent service to earn positive reviews.
How often are reviews updated? Reviews sync periodically from Google. New reviews should appear within a few hours to a day.
Can I turn off reviews if I don't like them? Yes, simply toggle off "Afficher les avis sur la vitrine" to hide reviews from your storefront.
Troubleshooting
Reviews not showing: Verify the toggle is ON. Check that your Place ID is correct. Ensure your Google Business has public reviews. Wait a few hours for sync.
Wrong reviews showing: Verify you entered the correct Place ID. Make sure it's for the right business location. Contact support if the issue persists.
"Invalid Place ID" error: Double-check the Place ID format (it should start with "ChIJ"). Copy the ID again from Google's tool. Ensure no extra spaces.
