How to read the difference and totals

The difference is the new monthly rate minus the old monthly rate.

Totals only include completed changes, so pending or failed attempts don't inflate the impact on your rental revenue.

Choosing the period

Click Configure to choose the period: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual, Annual, or a custom range. The filter is based on the change's creation date (when it was initiated), not its effective date — that's what makes it a true audit log.

Export or print

Click Export in the report's header, then choose CSV (.csv) to export the table to Excel or your accounting software.

Print generates a paper or PDF version of the report.
