Creating Promotions

What Are Promotions?

Promotions are special offers that help attract new customers and increase bookings. Common types include:

  • First month free

  • Percentage discounts (10% off, 20% off)

  • Fixed amount discounts ($50 off move-in)

  • Special pricing for specific periods
