How to Check if a Lease Has Been Signed

Overview

When you create a booking with a lease, Stortech sends the document to your customer for electronic signature. You can easily check whether a lease has been signed or is still pending, directly from the Subscriptions page or from a specific booking's details.

Option 1: Check from the Subscriptions List

1. Go to your facility dashboard

2. Click "Subscriptions" in the left sidebar

3. Look at the "Lease" column on the right side of the table — it shows "Signed" (green badge) for signed leases, or a dash (—) if no lease was sent or it hasn't been signed yet

4. To find unsigned leases quickly, click the "Filters" button in the top-right corner of the table, then check "Unsigned lease" under the Attention section

Option 2: Check from a Booking's Details

  1. From the Subscriptions list, click the arrow icon on the right side of any booking row

  2. On the booking details page, click the "Documents" tab

  3. Under the "Lease" section, you'll see:

  • Signature status: "Signed" (green badge) or "Unsigned"

  • A "View PDF" link with a download button to view or save the signed document

Important: Manual Bookings and Offline Payments

Bookings created through a manual subscription or offline payment do not include automatic e-signature. For these bookings, you need to have the customer sign the lease yourself (on paper or via your own method), then upload the signed document manually from the booking's Documents tab.

Only bookings made through the online checkout (Auto method) automatically send a lease for electronic signature.

Tips

  • The Filters panel also shows a count next to "Unsigned lease" so you can see at a glance how many bookings need attention.

  • You can search for a specific customer by name using the "Search clients..." bar at the top of the Subscriptions page.

  • If a lease shows as unsigned, you can resend the lease from the booking details page.
