The Unit status report gives a current operational snapshot of every active unit in your facility, on a single page: its status, the current tenant if any, its rate, its balance, whether it's overlocked, and its gate access health. It replaces cross-checking the unit list, rentals, and invoices, and it's especially useful during a migration or a period-end reconciliation.
Where to find the report
Step 1.
From the left menu, open Analytics, then Reports.
Step 2.
Under the Occupancy category, click Unit status.

What the report contains
Each row corresponds to an active unit:
Unit — the unit's number and type.
Status — the unit's occupancy state (occupied, available, etc.).
Tenant — the customer occupying the unit, when it's rented.
Standard rate — the unit type's current rate.
Rented rate — the rate actually billed to the current tenant.
Balance — the amount owed by the tenant for this unit.
Overlocked — indicates whether the unit is under overlock.
Access — the health of the tenant's gate access (when access control is used).
A totals row shows the number of units, how many are occupied, and how many are available.

A real-time snapshot
This report is a current snapshot: it reflects the state of your units at the moment you open it, with no date range to choose. Refresh the page for the most recent state.
Export or print
Click Export in the report's header to open the format menu, then choose:
CSV (.csv) — a simple CSV file, to open in Excel or import into your accounting software.
Excel workbook (.xlsx) — a ready-to-use Excel workbook, with a data sheet and a metadata sheet (report, period, facility). Useful for period-end reconciliation and for reusing the data in another tool.
Print generates a paper or PDF version of the report.
