The Unit History report gathers every unit-related event over a period you choose: status changes, gate access, invoices, inspections, notes, and other events logged with a unit context. It's especially useful for reconstructing what happened on a specific unit, or for a migration reconciliation.
Where to find the report
Step 1.
In the left menu, open Analytics, then Reports.
Step 2.
Under the Occupancy category, click Unit History.
Choosing the period
Unlike the Unit Status report, this report isn't a snapshot: it's bound to a period. Use the period selector at the top of the report to choose a month, quarter, half-year, year, or a custom range.
Filtering and sorting
Keyword search. Use the search bar to filter by keyword in the descriptions.
Category filter. Filter by event category: Lifecycle, Financial, Communication, Access, Audit, or Note.
Sort. Sort by date (most recent first), unit, event type, or actor.
What the report contains
Each row is a timeline event tied to a unit:
Date and Unit. The date and the unit involved.
Unit type and Category. The unit's format and the event's category.
Event. The nature of the change (for example a status change, an access event, a note).
Booking and Tenant. Linked to the event, if it has one.
Actor. Who or what triggered the event (a team member, the system, or the customer).
Description. The event's detail.
The total at the top of the report shows the number of events and units affected for the selected period.
What the report doesn't do
Unit status changes only appear when the platform has written a timeline event: the report doesn't retroactively reconstruct a unit's status on a past date if no matching event exists.
Export or print
Click Export in the report header to choose CSV or Excel workbook (.xlsx). The Excel export includes stable identifiers (unit, booking, contact, timeline entry) useful for comparing against a migration. Print generates a paper or PDF version.
