The Units page lists every storage unit at your facility. It's where you check who occupies which unit, see how many units of a given type are available, add new units to the inventory, or adjust a unit's status (available, occupied, in maintenance).
Common questions
How do I find out who occupies a unit? Look up the unit number in the search bar at the top of the list. The record shows the current tenant and the linked booking.
How do I see how many 5x10 units are available? Type
5x10in the search bar, or use the Filters button to combine type and status.How do I add new units to my facility? Click Add units at the top right and follow the wizard. Each unit must be linked to an existing unit type.
Why doesn't an added unit appear in the public storefront? Check its unit type: it must be marked publicly visible and have an active price.
Who this article is for
Viewing units is available to all roles. Adding, editing, and changing the status requires the Owner or Manager role. If the Add units button is missing, ask an Owner on your team.
View the units list
To see every unit in your facility:
From the left menu, click Units.
The list shows every unit, its number, type, status, and current tenant if any.
Search for a unit
To find a specific unit or filter the list:
Click in the Search a unit, tenant, or type... field at the top of the list.
Type:
- a unit number (for example
207); - the current tenant's name; - a unit type (for example5x10).The list filters automatically as you type.
Filter the list
To combine multiple criteria (for example, all available 5x10 units):
Click the Filters button above the list.
Pick the desired criteria (status, type, floor, etc.).
Close the panel to apply the filters. The list updates.
Add new units
To expand your facility's unit inventory:
Click Add units at the top right.
Follow the wizard to create one or more units at once.
Each unit must be linked to an existing unit type.

What happens automatically
Adding a unit updates the Units page, the facility Map (if the unit is placed on the plan), the availability shown in the public storefront, and the Occupancy rate on the dashboard.
No email is sent on the creation of an empty unit.
Units only appear in the storefront if their unit type is marked publicly visible and has an active price.
