The Units page lists every storage unit at your facility. It's where you check who occupies which unit, see how many units of a given type are available, add new units to your inventory, or adjust a unit's status.
Who this article is for
Viewing units is available to all roles. Adding, editing, and changing status requires the Owner or Manager role. If the Add units button is missing, ask an Owner on your team.
View the units list
Step 1.
From the left menu, click Units.
Step 2.
The list shows every unit, its number, type, status, usage (Storage or Parking), and the current tenant if there is one.
Search for a unit
Step 1.
Click the Search a unit, tenant, or type... field at the top of the list.
Step 2.
Type a unit number (for example 207), the current tenant's name, a unit type (for example 5x10), or Storage/Parking to filter by usage. The list filters automatically as you type.

To combine several criteria (for example, all available 5x10 units):
Step 1.
Click the Filters button above the list.
Step 2.
Select the criteria you want (status, type, floor, etc.).
Step 3.
Close the panel to apply the filters. The list updates.
Add new units
Step 1.
Click Add units at the top right.
Step 2.
Follow the wizard to create one or several units at once.
Step 3.
Each unit must be linked to an existing unit type.
If you want to create a new unit type (different from an individual unit), see Unit types.
What happens automatically
Adding a unit updates the Units page, the facility Map (if the unit is placed on the plan), the availability shown in the public storefront, and the dashboard's Occupancy rate. No email is sent when creating an empty unit. Units only appear in the storefront if their unit type is marked publicly visible and has an active price.
