The Unit Notes report gives a current snapshot of the notes attached to each of your units: the operational note recorded on the unit, and the latest note added to its timeline. It's a quick way to find units with an active note without opening them one by one.
Where to find the report
Step 1.
In the left menu, open Analytics, then Reports.
Step 2.
Under the Occupancy category, click Unit Notes.
Choosing which units show
Use the selector at the top of the report to narrow the list:
Units with notes only (default).
All units.
Occupied units.
Vacant and unrentable.
Unrentable units.
What the report contains
Each row is a unit:
Unit, Unit type, and Size.
Status. Available, occupied, waiting list, unavailable.
Standard rate and Rented rate.
Tenant in place, if the unit is occupied.
Has operational note and the text of the Operational note.
Latest timeline note and its date.
The total at the top of the report shows the number of units displayed and how many have a note.
Where the notes come from
The operational note is the one recorded directly on the unit's record. Timeline notes come from notes added to the unit's activity. Occupied is determined by the currently active booking; Vacant and unrentable means there's no active booking, which includes units marked unavailable.
