The Available Units report lists every unit currently free to rent at your site, with its type, dimensions, size and monthly rent — before and after the taxes you currently have configured. It is the tool for putting together a price list to hand a prospect, or for a quick read on what is left to rent.
Where to find the report
Step 1.
In the left menu, open Analytics, then Reports.
Step 2.
Under the Occupancy category, click Available Units.
What the report contains
Each line is one unit with the Available status:
Unit #, Name and Type — the unit’s identification and its type.
Dimensions and Size — the dimensions and the area in square feet.
Price before tax — the unit’s monthly rent (the unit’s own rate, or the unit type’s default rate when the unit has no override).
Price including tax — an estimate of the same rent with the taxes currently configured for the site, excluding fees and discounts. A tax-exempt unit shows the same amount as Price before tax; if a unit type, a price or a configured tax is missing or cannot be resolved, the column shows — rather than an invented amount.
Click Columns to show or hide any of these columns, depending on what is useful to you.
A totals line gives the number of Available Units and the Potential monthly rent — the sum of the before-tax rent of every unit listed.
A real-time picture
This report is a current snapshot: it reflects the state of your units at the moment you open it, with no date range to choose. Only units with the Available status appear; a unit marked unavailable (maintenance, out of service) is not listed, even if it is not rented.
Printing the full list
Print, in the report header, produces a paper or PDF version containing every unit matching your current filters and sort — not only the ones visible on the page on screen. Closing or cancelling the print dialog returns you to the original page, changing nothing.
The printed version drops the navigation, the search, the pagination and the action columns. Columns you hid with Columns stay hidden in print.
Exporting
Click Export to download the list as a CSV file, to open in Excel or import into another software.
